I tried to addressed this issue, as well as the bruises that are unexplained and undocumented when he comes home, this to the school, district, Board, TEA, CPS, local and district police departments, a lawyer, judges, and others, but no one listen and constantly kept telling me I needed proof: but now that I have proof (a 7 day recording) still no one at this school is put on leave of absence, the teacher whos actually doing the abuse is still abusing him, while CPS spends more time closing the cases as quick as I report them instead of doing true investigation. One CPS investigator told me I need to get my child professional help to see why he keeps telling these lies. The school tells me my child is constantly lieing that no one is hurting him. The district says my childs is the safest child in the whole district but the outside world of the school is not as much as my concern as the teachers and staff members. My child brought home pills, no one from school knows where he got them. A psychiatric told me its lightly my child is telling the truth that he needs to be put in a day-treatment program. The local police department tells me theres nothing they can do because only the schools district police department can handle school issues including abuse on kids from staff. My child deserves to be educated: in first grade he was an A/B honor students the entire school year, and was never <b>...</b>

Here the area above my 1800 gallon pond flooded and then ran like a stream in to my pond. Mulch and dirt went in the pond which was not good. The reason this happened is that the new gutters (which were guaranteed to never need maintenance) clogged so water cascaded off the roof instead of being drained below the pond. You can see that at the end of the video.

PLEASE READ!! Sorry for the lack of videos recently but got a lot to come, making one right now! The clips from jumping in the field were last week and the hunter trial was last Saturday (19th) He was soooooo good! It was at craven country ride and I did the 2ft3 but the course was really hard! There was 2 trakenhers, step into water (which he will not do) and other scary jumps, personally think it should have been labelled 2ft6 but anyway! He only refused one trakenher which hed never seen before! It was more of a palisade with a massive ditch on the other side that you could only see when right up to it, but he jumped it after anyway! But at the water he refused twice to go down, so I just went straight through the water instead which was elimination but he was brilliant anyway! Mum says were going to take him somewhere with a smaller step into water to see if hell do it! Then the day after the hunter trial we went to a local show, yes I realise he would of been tired but seriously after the hunter trial he was hardly sweating and still full off it! Only did 2 ridden classes at the show so nothing too hard. In the 4,5,6 year old class we came 3rd out of about 10 and the judge loved him to bits, just in canter he stopped before I asked him! Then the next class was ridden coloured and had the same judge, came 2nd out of 4 and she said it was a much better show and his canter was better! So I was really pleased with, finally getting somewhere with his flatting! Thats it <b>...</b>
