Story: Major Yashpal Thapa (Alok Nath) is a leader and trainer of NCC (National Cadet Corps) college students. He loves the young student Karan (Govinda) and his friends like his own children. The police commissioner Mohan Lathi (Anupam Kher), the best Majors friend, has a daughter Divya Thapa (Divya Bharti), who is in love with her classmate Karan. Both want to marry each other, but Divyas father dont approve of their wish. Bali (Mohnish Behl), the arrogant younger brother of a gangster meets Divya and also falls in love with her.
