Atmel AVR Studio 5.1 vs Atmel Studio 6.0		 Model No: 64 This project presents the development of a microcontroller based islanding detection for grid connected inverter with under/over voltage and under/over frequency islanding detection algorithms. The system is based on a microcontroller from Atmel 8051 family. The microcontroller monitors the under/over voltage derived from a set of comparators and under/over frequency from by the interrupt program for the utility grid and the processed value of voltage and frequency for turning ON/OFF the relay between a grid connected inverter and the utility grid. The project would alternatively use a variable frequency generator representing the inverter using 555-timer for changing the frequency while a standard variac shall be used to vary the input voltage for achieving the test conditions by a lamp load being driven from the microcontroller output as stated above. The microcontroller used in the project is of 8051 family which is of 8 bit. The power supply consists of a step down transformer 230/12V, which steps down the voltage to 12V AC. This is converted to DC using a Bridge rectifier. The ripples are removed using a capacitive filter and it is then regulated to +5V using a voltage regulator 7805 which is required for the operation of the microcontroller and other components. MW2 challenge lobby tutorial for ps3 (3.60)		 In 2009, at home, my hobby was to create a new simpler, cheaper lift controller. Using two of Atmels cheapest uControllers (ATtiny861 and AT90USB647) I created two distinct boards with CAN communication and after writting some software I did a lift controller. I assembled a full lift controller cabinet (with contactors, power switches, transformer, wiring and all that stuff of which I have no images) and did the drawings with instalation instructions (that I have). Almost everything was done, only some minor tweaks on the lift software are still undone and a test in a real lift also. Some of this was done in Portugal, some of it done in Angola during 2010. The movie was done with a poor CASIO EXILIM photo camera, the quality is not good, theres a reason why Im not in the film making industry.

MW2 challenge lobby tutorial for ps3 (3.60)		 I had a go at making my own USB keyboard encoder for interfacing arcade controls on my projects. I had some success, the encoder is fully working and tested on PC/Mame and installed in one of my cabinets. My plan was to add screw terminals rather than soldering directly to the board but I got impatient waiting for them to arrive from China. This is a really inexpensive approach to interfacing controls. If youre interesting in building one of these for yourself then you can follow this video. I developed the encoder on an Atmel AVR board, it is the Minimus which is powered by the AT90USB192 chip. 7-Segment Display interfacing to MAGA48 Micro controller part 4		 In this video, Buttercup (the chess robot) is seen moving a black queen from a1 to d1. The corresponding angle and radius values have been stored in an 8*8 matrix on the computer. The source square (a1) and the destination square (d1) is fed into the input of the computer which is then mapped onto its corresponding angle and radius values and sent to the control circuit consisting of an ATMEL AVR microcontroller at its heart. The microcontroller then drives the motors using motor drivers made from IRF540 and IRF9540 MOSFETs.
